Complaints and after-sales

If something about our work is not right, we want to know, and to put it right.

How to reach us

What to include

  • Your name and phone number
  • The project address, and the quotation or invoice number if you have it
  • What the problem is, where it is, and when you first noticed it
  • Photos or a short video, if you can

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your message and tell you who is looking after it.
  2. We review it against the drawings, quotation and any warranty that applies, and arrange a site visit if one is needed.
  3. We agree a solution with you: a repair, a replacement or another fair remedy, with a date.
  4. We close it only once you confirm the matter is settled.

Warranty and after-sales

Warranty terms for materials, hardware and workmanship are set out in your quotation or contract, and in the manufacturers’ warranties for brand items such as appliances and fittings. Keep your invoice: we will need it to look up your project.

If you are not satisfied

If you are unhappy with how your complaint has been handled, ask for it to be reviewed by the studio’s management at the same address. You also have rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and can contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915).

Privacy

Details you send with a complaint are used only to resolve it, as described in the privacy policy.
